Look
The first thing we do is close our windows, then lock them securely. For the rest of the check, we just look at lock or latch of the window. We do not look at our body part at any time during the rest of the system.
Lock
Now we can see that window is securely locked imagine a giant one-foot long padlock or latch lock (that’s had it’s size exaggerated) locking the window onto the sill.
Label
For this part we imagine a drill driving a hole through the bottom part of our forearm. Then a bolt that represents the bolt lock is driven through that hole. Feel the bolt go through. Then magically it bends into a v-shape all by itself with the two points facing the ground below. Then magically it’s driven deep into our forearm until it is completely inside. Each separate bolt will represent a different window. Also, each body part you label to could represent a different room. For example, our right forearm could represent our lounge. Our left forearm could represent our dining room, etc…
Leave
The final part is to seal off the bottom forearm with the imaginary armor. Each window we check should be done in a sequential order so when the bolts are labeled we know which bolt belongs to which window. Again if we worry about a certain window being unlocked we just open the armor and feel/see the bolt inside that body part.
